At Elevate Your Roots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Beads and hair products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Packages that have been opened cannot be returned.

  • Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Exchanges (excluding hair products) are allowed if the customer wants a different size or style, subject to stock availability. The item must be unused and unworn.

  • If a replacement is not available, store credit will be issued for future purchases, valid for 365 days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.


2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide a photo of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

  • The replacement or refund will be processed once we confirm the issue.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@elevateyourroots.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.


4. Additional Notes

  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.

  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process after receiving the return.
