- We ship exclusively via USPS.
- Shipping is available to the continental United States only (We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations).
Processing Time
- All orders require 2-3 business days for processing before shipment.
- Custom orders may take longer to prepare, and estimated processing times will be provided at checkout or via direct communication.

- Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
- Elevate Your Roots is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are in the hands of USPS. If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend reaching out to USPS customer service with your tracking number for assistance.
